I have changed the motor, replaced the swhich, replaced all the fuses, you can hear the motor when you are putting it up, but it wont go down, i need the window down to replace it, thanks

Hi the wires that plug into the switch, locate the 2 that put the window up then switch then around and press the button this should put the window down.
If you revesrs the polarity of the motor then it will work backwards. hope that helps

Hi yes it could be a relay, a relay is a small electro magnet, if it has stuck in one position then it would not be able to go back, normally you would here a clicking noise from the fuse box if the realy was gone. most likley it will be either the motor or the switch.
I would just dismantle the whole thing as you will get a better idea, is the problem you need to move the window to dismantle it?
if so please specify the model of car and the year?
