I have cleaned the filters, and i still get the Clean Filter message. It is running fine, but the red letters Clean Filter are still there... any suggestions???

How did you clean the filters? I run mine through the dishwasher by themselves and it works pretty good. The tops and bottoms of the filters near the edges need to be wiped pretty clean.
Also there are two pins in the top that point down and two pins in the bottom that point up. They are in the main part of the housing not the removable filters. Make sure that the unit is unplugged before cleaning them but sometimes hair and junk gets stuck on those electrodes.
You cannot just clean the filters. You have to replace them. I am quite sure about this sir. Once the warning comes up that is it.
