I have Coleman Spa model 550 DK Twilight 2001. Recently I replaced motor and pomp unit for new one. Everything worked fine for one day,then it stoped and display shows code OH.Please help me.Andy
Pool & Spa - Dream Maker Spas - Dream Maker Ez Spa Hot Tub
The OH code indicates 'Over Heat' but typically doesn't mean the whole body of water has overheated. It usually means the water inside the heater is overheating. If your tub uses a mechanical pressure switch check to see it isn't stuck in the closed position. In some modes of operation a stuck pressure switch will allow the heater to come on or stay on even when the pump stops moving water through the heater.
This can cause the water in the heater to overheat and trip the OH error. If you happen to be standing there when this happens it sounds like water starting to boil in a tea kettle. If your tub uses two heat sensors instead of a pressure switch it's possible your heat pump (or the low speed function of Pump1) is intermittently failing to start. The tub will call for heat and engage the heater but the pump doesn't move any water. The heater starts to boil just like above. You can troubleshoot a heat pump/low speed pump problem by setting the tub to filter continuously (if possible). This is usually indicated by 'FC' in the filter mode settings on digital controls. If you have a mechanical timer you simply set it to run 24 hours. Since the pump never stops running on FC or 24 hour operation it will never have to stop and restart. If you run for several days to a week on 24 hour operation without experiencing an error try setting it back to the normal mode of filtering a few hours a day. If the OH error returns it is almost certainly a pump failing to start when the tub calls for heat.
It is also possible you have a bad OH sensor or even a bad circuit board. The board could be reading the sensor incorrectly or it could have a heat relay that sometimes sticks in the closed or On position.
Overheat protection. The spa has shut down. One of the sensors has detected that the spa water is 110°F.
DO NOT ENTER THE WATER. Remove the spa cover and allow water to cool. At 107°F, the spa should automatically reset. If spa does not reset, shut off the power to the spa and call your dealer or service organization.
=====
The cause:
The temperature is over the factory preset 107F temperature setting.
and/or
One or more protection sensor(s) is out of range/defectve.
Spa cover will over the circuit if you are pumps setting is set to FILC Continuous filtration
======
Reduce filtration cycle will help reduct over-heating condition (example:during summer time with temperature already in 100F).
The factory pre-programmed cycle two times per day at 2 hours duration.
What's your current setting now?
Reduce it to keep the temperature down and reduce energy usage,
Here's the display list for two pump system.
For two or three pump systems: FIL2 Two hours FIL4 Four hours FIL6 Six hours FIL8 Eight hours FILC Continuous filtration
Avoid FILC. It will shorten the service life or your pump.
Please email me if you have more question.
Please give me a positive feedback after you fix this problem.
Are to able to dial down the FILT setting down to twice a day for 2 hours duration?
Is the Spa cover OFF?
Check the water temperature. If it's in fact under 107F and the system is shutting itself off then the sensor is out of specification. Are to able to dial down the FILT setting down to twice a day for 2 hours duration?

Take care.
Please check the following link, it has detailed info about the OH code.

Hello,
please what's the code displayed on the unit?
I look forward to your reply.
Bye for now.
