I have cre Database 12.0031 Product Version: 12.0.0.0 Windows xp I am trying to delete information for "cash customer" under Manager > Customer Maintenance > Customer #101 Cash Customer. Can you please advise me how as it keeps interfering with my End of Day because it keeps saying that there is an open table. Thanks in advance

You can also set up the system to allow the End of Day even if tables are open by going to Manager -- Setup -- Setup Screen -- System Access -- Time Clock. Then check the EOD Allowance -- On Hold Transactions settings (and maybe evne the EOD Allowance -- Time Clock settings)
Open table usually means you have an invoice on hold. Check your on hold invoices and clear that up. Are you trying to delete the #101 Cash Customer. The system should not allow you to do that and might be causing a conflict when you try to run the report.
