I have delta in2ition 2 in one shower head. Switching to hand held only I get very little pressure. I unscrewed the hand held part to see if there was any debris. Looked ok but noticed a very small white part with small hole in it. Seems it is limiting the water. Can I take it out to get better water pressure and how?

That orifice is a flow limiter (to control flow to less than 3gpm). It can be removed.
