I have downloaded successfully Samsung Kies and even latest update 2.1 etc. Every time I access either , it starts reinstalling with Install Shield Wizard doing a repair job. Eventually after about 5 minutes, it asks me to connect device which is in fact a Samsung Tocco Ultra mobile from which I want to download photos onto PC. Always get same message after a few moments saying device is NoT supported by Kies 2.0(even although I have updated with latest 2.1 version of Kies. Trouble shoot connection error option solves nothing.Just tells me every time to make sure it is supported and try again. Also can't get this mobile to send e-mails. I have attached jpg picture files as attachments and sent and although it says "sending" , they don't arrive at e-mail address. I shall be grateful if you can provide a failsafe solution , if it exists. Thank you , Anthony
Actually you have not downloaded latest version of KIES properly or its not properly installed in your PC. You must uninstall the existing version of KIES and then you have to again install the KIES, Please Uninstall the existing version of KIES and the download it from HERE After downloading install it on your PC properly, I hope this problem will be solved.
If the E-Mails are not sending from your this mobile then it may be because of many reasons like either you have not set up your E-Mail account properly or there is problem in internet connection you are using. Do you get any error message in sending the E-Mail? Please send me some additional info about the second problem, I will suggest the solution for it.

hello Muhammad , I have uninstalled then redownloaded from your link and even finally updated as requested. Result is identical to previously : I always end up with an unsupported device alert saying that device is not supported by Kies---miscellaneous error diagnosis produces no result although complete.
