The only way I know to bypass the password request procedure is to hard reset. You must, most probably, know that a hard reset will reset your device to its factory defaults, thus deleting all programs you have installed, as well as your personal data and settings. Anyway, to hard reset your device, slide its keyboard open. Then, press and hold both the blue 'Fn' and the green 'Call/Send' buttons, and, whilst keeping them pressed, briefly press the reset pin with the stylus pen. Release the keys only when a confirmation request screen comes up. Confirm the procedure by pressing the left softkey (which should be labeled 'Yes'). Hope you are able to sort your problems oute.
