I have full signal strength, but NO NETWORK!!
I have full signal strength, but my T-Mobile Behold has been saying for 2 hours now, 'Searching...", and won't let me make or recieve calls.

I've resolved numerous problems with phone that has a signal but cannot make calls.
What I did is to I reset the phone, but it'll completely delete all files in the phone memory.
If you want to reset the phone, perform this steps:
Turn ON the phone without a sim card then tap on the dial pad.
press *2767*3855#
phone will then reboot & put the sim card back in..
Try to make a call..
