I have a 76 blue star, my rating for items as decribed is 4.83, communication is 4.78 shipping items is 4.45, and shipping and handling charges is a 4.73. The suspended my account for a lower amount of items and I called in to discuss the issues with them and thier customer sevice rep. was very rude and unhelpful. Now I recieve a notice my selling as been suspended due to someone else's account they associate with mine but it is not. How do I fix this when their representatives do not help their customers.
