I have had installed all the necessary equipment to load Catchup movies etc but when I try it states that I am not connected to the the Internet - I have tried numerous times with no success

Hi Chris, maybe you have a problem with the internet connection like they provide you have...one question I have for you...all cable is connected to all devices properly? Do you have an internet connection?
