Report "I have had my portable air conditioner- Model ARP 4009 for 3yrs now experiencing no problems until recently stop producing cold air. The air is cool close to warm. It is located in a medium size apartment bedroom. The filter has been cleaned and the air is not getting cold. I checked all the troubleshooting tips from the manual with no results Please help.
