I have installed PABX KX-TES824 installed and all extensions are working with KX-T770 phones but i have replaced some of them with KX-TS500mx and these new TS500 is not working. i hear the tone but I'm unable to open CO for calling. I have tried 9 followed by phone number but still it's not working
