I have installed the olympus disc Camedia for a C-740 camera in a new computer. When I try to download pictures the computer cannot see the camera. THe same files work fine in the old computer. I Have tried removing and reinstalling the program

The software is not compatible with vista... it will work, you just have to transfer from media and choose your removable disk drive that represents your camera
