Report "I have just bought a DVC 505 camcorder and am using it to take videos. Using the USB lead and videoworks 6 supplied with the camera I am trying to upload to computer. It uploads the audio but not the video. I have tried re-installing videoworks but it still is the same. I use windows XP. Have you any idea how to solve this? Yours, Ruth Jenni"
