I have KitchenAid electric range Kess907, the dipslay control panel does not work. the wierd thing the stove top operates and when the stove door opens the light comes on

I also have a kitchenAid KESS907SSS and the knobs after use get real loose and wobbley on the shaft making it unsafe, handles that are more firm that are not used as much will not fit on the loose one so the shaft seems to were down . What can be done to make this range safe and not have handles fall to the floor.
