I have loaded upgrade SmartST 2008 on desk top, deleted info from Navman S80, reloaded and it said 'this application is not compatible with your navman'. Tried reloading again and now it says I have a invalid product key. So no usable S80, any suggestions

This is a new unit, i was looking for a warranty site and was on the wrong one, no I have not fixed it.
