Go to http://www.symantec.com and redownload the product also burn a copy on a blank CD you can get support if you get stuck. BTW wouldnt hurt to upgrade when your subsciption needs to renew I run 360 Premiere and 5 GB of backup, BTW I am a soon to grad with a Assoc in Info Technology I always try to answer in a professional manner this ones on me :-)
This is going to sound noob-ish...but I accidentally uninstalled Norton 360 and did not have a disc nor a downloaded file on my hard drive but I still had my product key for some reason.
