Id say lack of grease in the balljoints is your issue. if the balljoints do not have grease sert? Get a needle kit at local parts store for about 10 bucks and buy a grease gun with some synthetic grease, Stick needle into the most outer edge and pump it full, You can use it in tour tie rods as well. This should resolve your issues
