I have mislaid my manual. i am trying to clean the filter of my tricity bendix 1000rmp washing machine. I opened the small door at the bottom right of the machine and unscrewed the cap inside . now the cap will not closeproperly and is leaking water. what do I do please?

Make sure the filter and the housing are clean and that there is no grit or similar on the seal, if it still leaks, then you may have to fit a new filter and or seal.
