Reset the router to factory settings using the reset botton on the device (it must be powered on of course)
Connect a PC to the router via an ethernet cable.
Open a browser (e.g. Internet Explorer) on the PC and type 192.168.2.1 into the address bar and hit enter.
You will get the setup screen for the router and you can proceed to configure it from here. Then disconnect you LAN cable from the router and you are in business.
