I have misplaced the power cord, and am borrowing one from my mom. it is a 125, but the one i need is a 120. could the wrong cord be the reason the machine goes slow and only in the same place (if won't move forward). if the incorrect cord # is incorrect, where can i order the 120? thank you so much!
Call Euro-Pro at 1-800-361-4639 and you can purchase one from them and ask them your question. Because without seeing it, I don't think it is the power cord, I would say that it has to do with your stitch length adjustment or stitch pattern selection.
