Hi, If you can't lift the presser foot up or down at all then undo the presser bar screw on top of the presser bar, if you have a dial turn it to 0, you should now be able to move the lever, if it is still tight put some WD40 on the presser bar and leave it for a couple of hours. I don't mean to sound stupid. I have been sewing for years. this is my first computerized machine (Euro-Pro 9160) I am not sure I know what you mean. I am assuming a presser bar is the bar that comes down out of the machine and holds the foot. I don't know what screw you mean.
