I have Netflix on my upstairs Vizio smart TV, but for some reason will not connect on my downstairs Vizio smart TV? Please help
My Netflix is perfectly working upstairs but not downstairs. It says unable to connect, try again or exit.

First thing I would check is Internet connection on the smart tv that won't connect. If that doesn't work try downloading new software for Netflix. Try those and see what happens.
