Remove the 12 screws (6 to a side) from within the outer case that hold the side plates on. Once removed you may need to pry on the plates to get them off. Once they are off the old tracks should be in place for you to see the orientation of the loop around the drive pulley and guide wheels.
It takes some effort to get the wheel tubes pulled back apart and the side plates on with the new tracks but there is no 'easy way' other than pulling on the tube until it will slide onto the side plate post.
