Its either one of two things. A defective ignition control module or the crankshaft position sensor. Without testing myself, I'm leaning towards crankshaft sensor. It's a cheap part (about $16.00)
Most likely the ignition control module.. unfortunatly, they run about $250, Might be able to pick one up at a junkyard to verify that is the issue....

Either the ignition module or computer is bad. check the module first for they do go out when the weather gets colder
