I have Orient DC inverter 1.5 ton Jupiter. Bought back 2months ago. Recently I was getting p4 error for sometime I did filter cleaning and a Self cleaning ac option after that the issue coming frequently and its started switching off compressor and no cool for the outdoor unit the sound was really strange from OD, first it was a fast pick then the fan has different sound of clicking like something is stuck and switched off. Under warranty OD PCB card was changed, After installation of new card same. error came we halt the operations and checked it again after 24hours now 25mins no p4 error on ID, but no cooling on 24temperature, the sound of OD is not slient and unusually clicking but not much. What suggestion expert over here has? Should I send the OD unit to inspect at service center or have a service of OD if there is any clogging?

P4 is a temperature sensing electrical probe that’s faulty. E- errors is also probes but they are the evaporator and room temperature probes the P4 would be on the compressor or condenser. It could be 1) giving an incorrect reading to the mother board causing it to switch off for safety or 2) it could be a brake in the cable or the plug on the pc board got lose or the probe itself got damaged and is not sending a temperature measurement at all.
