I have Partner mail VS release 5. When someone calls in they get the receptionist voice mail(10) instead of the day menu prompt of the automated attendant. How do I get messages to go to the automated attendant first? Thanks

I'm guessing that you changed the setting in the line coverage ext program (#208) or group call distrib (#206). Make sure that the settings for the lines are set to 1-assigned and not 3-VMS cover in program #206. In #208 there should be no data entered for the line if its not set up as a private line.
