I have power supply in hand
I have looked over the ps unit over and over and over again and do not seem to find anything wrong. This is mind boggling people. Anyone know what caps or resister or whatever is wrong with this thing that needs to be replaced? I can do the work just cant see anything causing a problem. I get the red light when I power on.

I experienced a similar problem with three FLM 2601 power supplies (from work). The two large caps that have hot melt keeping them in place are the typical culprits. They are located at one end of the module near the x-former.
Radio shack has the 35v 1000u caps for about $1.40 each.
