Report "I have printshop 15 which has worked fine. Recently I had viruses removed from my computer. I can open other programs but get this message when I try to open printshop 15 .(can not configure) I tried to uninstall the program and then reinstall it by going to the uninstall area and it won't uninstall. What should I do?"
