I have problem with my scanner. when I want scan whith that show this message: cannot communicate with scanner cable may be disconnected or scanner may be turn off.check status.scanner driver will be closed. code : 21550 please help

Ok but its saying to check your usb cable and you need to check if both the pc and this scanner is plugged in with this usb cable and that the scanner has it's power plugged in too.
It could also mean that you did not properly install the drive or the drive is old and you need to replace it or update it.
Please let me know what happens after ok?
