I have purchased a turntable with ez audio converter. I record one side of an album and it says recording complete. I click next and after a minute the software opens itunes and says converting temp1. Wait a while and then get error message that says unable to export to itunes. Make sure you close any active windows in itunes. The software is what is opening itunes. How do I finish the conversion

You can record the entire album, both sides without having to press next. When the entire album has been recorded then press next, you will a dialog box that allows you to name the album and songs. Make sure you have the most up to date software from the ION website- that is if you have an ION turntable. Go to ION website and locate your turntable- software will be on that page. Run it and it should correct any problems.
