Open QuickBooks. At the top of your screen to the right you should see two black arrows next to your ICON's that say things like reminders, search and feedback. Do you see the arrows? Click on them. This will take you to another screen to add or subtract your ICONs or shortcuts. Click "add" and then scroll the options until you see "Export to Excel" and choose it. Then hit "ok" and close the boxes until you are back on your desktop.
