Report "I have recently bought a Merkury Optical Wireless mouse. I followed all of the instructions inclosed with the product, but I can't get the LED of the mouse to even flash. I've sent an email to the tech. support they listed, but all they gave me was an alternate way of syncing the mouse, which also hasn't worked. The first way I tried it was pressing the button on the USB receiver waiting for a "flash from the LED" as it says in the instructions, then I tried the way tech. support told me which was to press both buttons on the mouse and the receiver at the same time, and finally I tried pressing the button on the mouse first followed by the button on the receiver. None of these methods have worked, but when plugged in my computer recognizes that it is there. I run on a Windows 7 laptop and the mouse is a M-MW110 Wireless Optical Mouse, any help will be appreciated. I have also asked once here, but accidentally put it under "Tripod""
