Report "I have recently re-installed the operating system (XP) on my computer. Before the re-installation, Mozilla Firefox used to be stable and reliable, except that it sometimes crashed and needed to be re-opened. Since the re-installation, it has been anything but stable and reliable. Sometimes it will not start. If it does start, then it does not carry out a RESTORE of my bookmarks - which I have saved in the My Documents folder. I have tried uninstalling and then re-installing using a different version. But the problems persist. Has anyone any suggestions for sorting out these problems with MFF?"
