I have SAMSUNG SYNC MASTER 540N MONITOR. THE PROBLEM IS THAT WHEN I TURN ON COMPUTER THE DISPLAY COME AFTER 5-10 MIN. AFTER THAT MONITOR WORKS NORMAL AS LONG AS I WORK ON IT. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? KINDLY HELP ME --- Milind

It has dying power supply due to bad caps with leaking/bulging tops, that will be the first place to look.
