I have samsung UA32EH 6030 tv,there is 30 % screen black out and some lining, is there any solution to repair this or have to replace full panel?

Check connectors from main board to screen. Clean with electronics grade alcohol and reseat. Panels are normally fine. It's the driver board or connections.
