I have several items that either won't keep a charge or will not charge at all . Is there any way to check these items before I invest in a $50 sharp vacuum battery pack or a black & decker pack
These items and others that once were very functional I have had to just put in a closet or corner. because I just can't afford to waste money on a charger when the unit is bad itself , I have to many items just laying around doing nothing can I fix or throw out thank you

Check to be sure charger is putting out power to contacts with a proper volt meter. Then be sure when batteries are on charger they are not dirty and are making strong contact with charger. If that is all ok, batteries may be ??
