I have shadowing on the edges when in wide-screen. When in normal screen the image is fine. How do I get rid of the shadow? Also, is there a way to clean the mirror inside the unit?

The only way to properly and safely clean anything inside is with canned air. as for the shadow, replace the light tunnel. you can get the part from an infocus service center and replace it yourself, or send it in for repair. either way, try av solutions in ny. they're really good. www.avsolutionsny.com
