I have static in my microphone on my idj2
I plug in my microphone and all's well after about 20 minutes i get static. I have changed the tone to "fit" my deep voice. And if I reset the mixer it goes back to normal for the next 20 or so minutes.

I have the same problem with my unit. Mic audio ok for a couple of hours then it starts being distorted and scratchy. Has anyone managed to find out the cause? I'm going to take a look at the per-amp of my unit later to see if I can see anything...
My idj2 gets the same problem after 3 hours. For two hours it sounds good, I am using a shure sm58 radio mic. The only way i can get rid of the static sound is re booting the system then its ok.
