Report "I have Studio Version 10.6 and a Dazzle DVC 100 which I used with a laptop (Windows XP) with limited success as the laptop wasn't really man enough for the job. I now have a PC with Vista and can't get my videos to download at all. Do I need the Dazzle with updates or something else completely different?? I've tried all the activation keys supplied but nothing works"
