I have the 700 watt Cafe Collection model CMSD0020. The head of the mixer will not stay down. The screws are both stripped and no longer fit into the screw holes. It is totally unusable. It doesn't get used all that much and is far too new to have this type of a problem. Please help me get this repaired. Joy
