I have the above soap dispenser the 3910S in stainless. I have 2 of them in my granite counter in the kitchen. They both do not pump anymore. What do I do ? One is missing the plastic piece that goes around the neck part, where the top part fits in. This happened almost after I got them

I would call Moen at 1-800-buy-moen. Depending on weather or not it is under warranty or not, you may be able to get free replancement parts. If the pump mechanism is what is broken, and it is not under warranty, I think they are about $12 from moen.
