I have the below heater for my pool. I hooked it up yesterday and i have power to it i checked with a meter. looks like there isn't any power on the panel because i dont even see the water flowing on the panel when i should. i pressed the power button etc. what should i check?

Check the secondary side of the transformer...Line voltage in gets reduced to 24V across the transformer and if it failed you'll have 0 and a dead heater.
