I have the blueparrott B250XT. I have tried pairing it to my iPhone then to my back up phone which is a LG Neon. Both times I had the same problem. I can hear the person on the other end but they cannot hear me. Am I missing something? I'm due to take a major road trip and bought this headset because many said it was great
