I have the cordless AT&T 7630 and my phone part works fine, but none of the buttons on the base work. The light near the bottom of the base that is for "PWR RESERVE BATT LOW" is constantly flashing, even though the batteries in the handset seem to be working fine. I can access my voicemail through thru the handset, but not through the base. How do I fix this?

Check transformer if has battery pack replace it some phones have small hole or button that reset it reset it on the side or back of base
