Is it all the way over to one side? Is the belt damaged on one side? If it is damaged you will never get it to Track correctly. If it is not damaged, then start the treadmill moving at about 2.5 mph, if the belt is all the way to the right then turn the right rear roller adjustment bolt, clockwise one full turn, and wait. did the belt move over a little? if yes the increase the speed to 5.0 mph and observe. Make small adjustment from one side only until you get it straight.
