I have the IOMEGA 1.5TB Harddrive, and i have loaded about 500GB of information on it, and now when i try to load up my hard drive, it shows up as just Disk F and says it needs to be formatted. how do i fix this without losing my information?

Try using some free data recovery programs such as Pandora Recovery. You should also check with another computer to make sure that itis actually faulty. If it is really important, you can go to a local computer repair shop and they might be able to help.
