You may be experiencing a momentary program glitch. First, UNPLUG the washer for at least 30 minutes to reset the Central Control Unit (CCU). This is the main computer.
Following a CCU reset, attempt to do a DRAIN/SPIN to get rid of the water in the tub, followed by a RINSE/SPIN to get rid of an excess suds. You may have to repeat the process of RINSE/SPIN a few times if the suds are really excessive.
If the error persists, you may have to check the drain system for anything that may be restricting water flow. Primarily, the drain pump reservoir and/or the drain lines. The following link explains how:
Do not forget to check the drain line that runs from the bottom of the wash tub to the inlet side of the drain pump. Sometimes small garments can find their way into the drain line and plug it up.
If you cannot get the door to unlock, there is a manual release you can use to retrieve your garments. The following link explains:
