I have the living air classic. When I turn it on,
I have been using the living air classic for several years. But now when I turn it on, nothing happens - no noise, nothing. Where do I start or repairing it? Is it repairable? thanks for any help you can provide.

The common things to check are the fuse, and make sure the filter tab is making a connection to the safety switch. You can find the fuse and the filter tab on the back of the purifier. Hope this helps.
I had a similar problem with my Fresh-Air (by Eco-Quest) but it turned out to be both a high-frequency transformer and a resistor (these were the first failures I noted) that had burned out - literally, the mainboard was scorched!
WHEN I TURN IT ON IT NO LONGER HAS THE OZONE SMELL. I HAVE CHANGED THE PLATE, AND ITS THE SAME. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
