I have the Nortel BCM system and the problem is with a Norstar Meridian M7208 phone. This phone randomly rings (constant rings no pause between rings) and the only way to stop it is to unplug the phone from the jack and plug it back in. Other than this the phone works properly. Please help this is fairly annoying

I had that same issue before...
I turned the:
-> Autoset Relocate to On
-> then punched the set down on another port on the BCM system
I think it's just a bad port on the system...
The swap fixed my issue at my site. It was not a set problem, just something funny from the BCM.
Not too sure if you have the means to do that swap on the system yourself. But, it can be fixed.
